Knowledge is the very foundation of the consulting industry. Each year we sift through thousands of applications from consultants and graduates seeking to join Epiphany. To achieve the results we do we have to apply the most stringent recruitment policies. We take on the toughest assignments and consistently deliver. Epiphany's people believe in themselves and their ability to find the best possible solutions to client problems based out of pooled expertise. We apply very tough recruitment standards, but we balance this with one of the most attractive incentive and remuneration packages in the industry.
Recruitment Through Application
The minimum graduate intake requirement is a university degree equivalent with no less than a 3.5 GPA or above. However many Epiphany personnel posses substantially higher qualification levels. Whilst academics do not necessarily prove all round capability, they are a measure of self discipline and application. We recruit graduates on this basis and apply our own training, mentoring, and processes to create world leading personnel.
Recruitment through Sourcing
We retain a specialist HR team that actively recruits acknowledged experts in particular fields. This policy supports Epiphany by bringing in and combining the best minds into cross functional teams. This results in a broader and deeper understanding of requirements and a more robust outcome.
Because of this approach, we have innovated entirely new approaches to Outsourcing, to Software Development, to Communications, and to Organisational Resilience.
